Shades of Red

Bruce Anthony Kiesling takes inspiration from the jazz era with selections from Bernstein and Gershwin. Guest artist, Jeffrey Biegel, returns to WPS after more than a decade to play Gershwin and was called by Bernstein, "a splendid musician and a brilliant performer." With the optimistic and joyous Symphony No. 5 by Shostakovich, this program is sure to dazzle.
